I really enjoyed hearing from him a lot about what life is like in Montenegro but also getting some historical context and information on the region. We kayaked on quite a wavy day (the previous day was very rainy) so it was physically quite hard, however on calm days I would believe it can be done by people in moderate shape as well. I highly recommend this activity!!!”
