“Great day. Picked up at 6.15 and got back to the hotel at about 7pm, so it’s a long day. Our guide was a lovely guy (can’t remember his name) and did his best in giving us all the knowledge we needed during our trip. He could maybe have improved it using a microphone of some kind so us at the back could hear a bit better but he certainly tried his best. And I can’t fault him for that. The locations he took us to were amazing and certainly one of the best day trips I’ve ever had.”

“We booked a one-day trip to Dubrovnik, which was advertised as including a Bulgarian-speaking guide. This was the main reason we chose it. However, there was no Bulgarian-speaking guide at all–the tour was conducted in English, Russian, and Serbian. This is misleading and false advertising!The bus was about 20 minutes late, with no company representative at the meeting point. During the trip, the guide behaved extremely unprofessionally–shouting in front of the entire bus, being rude, dismissive, and even discriminatory towards us and other tourists.The organization was very poor– the group eventually split up because most people refused to follow the guide and explored Dubrovnik on their ow...”
